To some degree, this model is adding a little colour and vitality to the scene. Otherwise, the urban backdrop would be hardly worth a second glance. Also, I wondered what is passing through her mind? Can she even hear the traffic, as it passes way beneath her?
At least, in her location, she is away from the daily chaos of urban life. Indeed, nearer to the sky above – than the urban environment below. A blissful moment of tranquility, perhaps?
